DESCRIPTION
Embark on a journey with Kali Ma. Through a unique blend of experience-sharing, wisdom teachings, kirtan, chanting and worship practices, this journey is designed to help awaken bhakti and give you a lived experience of Kali Ma.
Did you Know?
Kali Ma is one of the many facets of Divine Mother. In this fierce form, She destroys evil in order to protect the innocent. She is the shakti of Lord Shiva and is seen as a divine protector and one who can grant liberation.
ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE
16:00 PUJA
Paartha will introduce you to the deities, share some of his experiences in serving them and offer your prayers to them through a simple puja. He will also guide you through a short meditation.
16:45 YAJNA
We will join the yajna in process in time for you to make virtual offerings into the fire during the reading of Kali’s 108 Names. You will also have a chance to make a prayer for yourself or someone else at the end of the yajna before the coconut offering and final arati.
- The names of all the Sponsors will be read during the sankalpa (prayer of intention). This means they will benefit from all the prayers offered.
17:15 Q&A
Paartha will answer questions about Kali Ma live during the program.
17:40 KIRTAN
Enjoy live kirtan celebrating the Holy Names with Aaradhakananda.
17:55 FAREWELL
Paartha and Swami Aniruddha will close the program from the Kali Ma Mandir.
TRANSLATIONS
Simultaneous translation will be provided as soon as we have at least 5 requests for a particular language. You may indicate your preferred language when you register.
