Of all the yantras, the Sri-Yantra is considered the oldest, most powerful and most effective. It contains the power of all creation and is the true form of Devi or Shakti Herself.

While meditating upon the Sri-Yantra, the practitioner can start to feel that their body is the Sri-Yantra Herself. In this way, the human body and the Sri-Yantra are one and same. Meditations with the Sri-Yantra help one to do their spiritual practices with great joy and without any hindrances.

There are several ways to connect with the Sri-chakra inside of us. In this secret meditation, the practitioner can start to feel that their body is the Sri-Yantra Herself.

During the course, you will be taught how to do a simple guided meditation with the Sri-Yantra and you will receive also its bija-mantras for your daily practice. In addition to learning how to do a secret meditation with the Sri-Yantra inside of your body, we will also practise as a group. This will support us in staying focused and concentrated.
